Nature of the Service

SouqNile is a shopping website and app that displays two types of products: external deals completed on Amazon Egypt, and direct products ordered within the app from SouqNile or verified sellers. The purchase channel and seller are shown in each product's details.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to display up-to-date information, but prices, stock, and delivery may change. Amazon deals are governed by the price and availability shown on Amazon at the time of purchase. Direct orders are governed by the final summary shown in the app before confirmation.

Amazon Deals and External Links

Some links redirect you to Amazon Egypt to complete your order. Review the seller, price, availability, shipping, returns, and warranty there before paying; SouqNile is not a party to external transactions.

Direct Orders

Direct orders are completed within the app. At launch, the service is available in specific areas in Cairo and Giza, and Cash on Delivery is the primary method. Delivery fees, return policies, and support responsibilities depend on the seller and are displayed during the order process.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SouqNile for legitimate, personal purposes only, without attempting to automatically scrape site data in a way that harms the service.

Modification of Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
